The Healer

The Healer is a specialised orthotic solution designed to support the conservative treatment of a partially ruptured Achilles tendon in dogs. It provides controlled stabilisation of the tarsal joint during the critical healing phase, helping to protect the tendon while allowing safe, guided recovery.

Initially, the brace is set in full extension to immobilise the joint and promote optimal healing conditions. As recovery progresses, the Healer allows for gradual reintroduction of movement, with adjustable flexion at the tarsal joint in 15-degree increments. All adjustments are prescribed and monitored by your veterinarian or veterinary rehabilitation therapist to ensure a safe and effective rehabilitation process.

Key Features

  • Adjustable Hinged Tarsal Joint
Enables controlled progression from immobilisation to movement as healing allows.

  • Incremental Flexion Control
Flexion can be increased in 15-degree steps under professional guidance.

  • Rocker-Sole Paw Plate
Designed to assist with smooth forward propulsion, improving mobility and reducing strain during gait.

  • Supportive & Protective Design
Helps stabilise the limb while maintaining comfort and encouraging safe mobilisation.

The Rock

The Rock is a durable, fixed-position orthotic brace designed to provide long-term support for animals with significant hock instability, particularly in cases where the joint has dropped and full recovery is unlikely. It offers a practical, reliable solution to help dogs maintain mobility, comfort, and quality of life.

Fabricated in a functional weight-bearing position, The Rock stabilises the tarsal joint without adjustable flexion. This fixed design ensures consistent support during movement, making it especially suitable for chronic conditions requiring ongoing management rather than progressive rehabilitation.

Ask your veterinarian if this option is good for your doggo's condition.

Key Features

  • Fixed Tarsal Support
Provides stable, non-adjustable positioning for consistent joint support.

  • Weight-Bearing Fabrication
Designed in a natural standing position to promote comfortable, functional mobility.

  • Rocker-Sole Paw Plate
Assists with smooth forward propulsion, improving gait and reducing compensatory strain.

  • Supportive & Protective Design
Enhances limb stability while allowing dogs to remain active and engaged long-term.
